Our hand-ironed breadsticks have a great little secret, it's called dairy butter. We are used to thinking that butter, as opposed to olive oil, is bad for you. In reality, butter has strong beneficial properties, it protects the body from disease, improves metabolism and strengthens the immune system. And this is why our breadsticks differ from the traditional recipe. Butter is also rich in vitamins A, D, K and minerals such as zinc and copper.ì

1) Seawater Breadsticks: The natural contribution of salt and minerals normally contained in seawater allows us to bake a product rich in potassium rather than sodium. Crunchier, richer, more genuine.
