M.O.F. Boulanger Cyrille Van Der Stuyft will explain the processes of kneading, leavening and baking to obtain leavened breakfast products of the highest level. A wide range of products will be made to satisfy both the palates more attached to sweet breakfast and those who prefer savory. The aim of the course is to train competent people in the field of breakfast leavening and able to make various types of flaky and leavened products.
