"Donna Luigia" Scotti Douglas, who lived in the first half of 1800's, owner of the winery and descendant of a noble Scottish family from Lowlands, creative producer, was a woman with a strong personality to whom we wanted to dedicate this wine. Grapes are harvested from three vineyards (Solana, Lucenti, Vecchio Pozzo) differing not for variety but for exposure, slope and years of the vineyard. Grapes from the three vineyards are processed separately only after 9 months together.
