Preadulce in Latin means both 'very sweet' and 'with sweetness'. It is a raisin wine produced with Malvasia Aromatica di Candia grapes harvested at the end of August and dried in the sun for some weeks. The result is a very sweet and aromatic nectar. Preadulce offers to the nose explosive aromatic notes of dried figs, almonds and dried apricots. Suitable for small dry pastries, it gives its best when enjoyed as a meditation wine.
