The combination of sweet salt from Cervia, produced in the Cervia Saltpan Park, with a blend of fine cocoa varieties has given rise to this chocolate with a special and unmistakable flavour. The sweet salt enhances the caramel chocolate, creating a special flavour.
INGREDIENTS: cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder, milk sugar, whey powder, skimmed milk powder, caramelised sugar 2%, Cervia sweet salt 0.5%, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. COCOA :30% min.
