Soft and fluffy traditional panettone made with natural and selected ingredients without the use of semi-finished products, additives and improvers. Intense yellow in colour, with rich aromas and a slightly brownish colour given by the inclusion of Maldon salt caramel and 36% milk chocolate drops in the dough. The long leavening process that allows the mother yeast to express all its strength gives life to a soft product that is light and externally delicious. Awarded in 2020 as one of the 10 best chocolate panettoni in Italy.
