Usage tips: Before use, the dried porcini mushrooms should be soaked in lukewarm water for about fifteen minutes. Once rehydrated, they will release their authentic aroma and can be used just like fresh mushrooms to prepare risottos, tagliatelle, or sauces for pasta, lasagna, polenta, and other delights. It is recommended to also use the rehydration water, properly filtered, to enhance the flavor of your dishes.
