Continuous research has led Martino Liuzzi - member of the Italian Association of Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition, president of the Centro Studi Gelato Artigianale (Center for the Study of Artisanal Gelato) and of the Agugliano Artisanal Gelato Festival Association - to outline a didactic training path based on his experiences, which embraces the interests of young people, professionals, clinicians, biologists and consumers. The result of the research is offered with simplicity. Sometimes we look but do not observe. The truth is always close to our eyes. "The ice cream you were looking for" is the result of the insistent request for an ice cream rich in organoleptic properties, balanced, healthy, genuine, "good".
