Flour type "0" with wheat germ, ideal for leavened cakes, created and signed by Master Confectioner Salvatore De Riso. This flour is produced with a selection of high quality grains suitable for the production of leavened cakes.
 
 
Flour strength: W 370
 
 
Suggestions: indicated for the production of leavened cakes. If mixed at 50% with "Sal De Riso - Frolla e Torte" flour it becomes the right base for puff pastry cakes.
 
 
Storage tips: store in a cool and dry place below 25°, with 65% maximum humidity, away from light. Once opened, just close the package on itself, fastening it with a clothespin.
 
 
Allergens: product containing gluten. May contain traces of soy.
