Focus on: La Torraca and its easter selection!

After forty years, La Torraca continues to maintain the original principles of authenticity of ingredients and refinement in the preparation, always giving primary importance to quality at the expense of quantity: keeping up with the times in terms of machinery and preparation techniques, the strong point of La Torraca remains to maintain a distinctly artisan component in its pastry laboratories.

Easter selection

Born as an artisan ice cream parlour, today La Torraca has also developed a wide line of pastry products, single portions and, above all, leavened products for celebrations. There is no shortage of novelties for this Easter 2022, with La Torraca's signature of excellence offering its personal selection of Easter eggsColombe and also typical Neapolitan cakes.

Tradition and craftsmanship give origin to La Torraca's line of Easter Colombe, which has decided to decline the most classic version of the Easter leavened cake in different versions, delicious and gourmet, ideal for every taste and flavor need: we find the classic Colomba Mandorlata, unique and timeless; if you are looking for fresh and spring flavors, you can find Colomba al Limone, with fresh notes with Amalfi lemons juice; the Colomba ai Frutti di Bosco, with sweet milk cream filling and milk icing covered with tasty berries.

For the sweet tooth, the selection includes the Chocolate Colomba, with a cream filling made of the finest Belgian Callebaut milk chocolate and a dark chocolate glaze; the Pistachio Colomba, with a white chocolate glaze and a pistachio cream filling; the Hazelnut Colomba, rich and fragrant; and last but not least, we find the Caramel Colomba, filled with double caramel cream, enriched by an irresistible covering of delicious salted caramel and crunchy caramel and white chocolate pralines.

La Torraca's Easter selection continues with three variations of the King of Easter, the Chocolate Egg, all covered with a crunchy layer of hazelnuts and pistachios: you can find Milk Chocolate and Hazelnuts, Dark Chocolate and Hazelnuts and for pistachio lovers, Milk Chocolate and Pistachios.

Finally, the Neapolitan taste translates into the most traditional of typical desserts: the Pastiera, crispy short pastry on the outside and a soft heart filled with ricotta cheese and candied fruit, with its unique taste and intense aroma that emanates, has conquered the palates of all Italy!
