The company, founded in 1900, has always set itself the goal of pursuing the highest quality, constantly renewing its production techniques. The various prizes obtained over the years attest to the results achieved and recognize the excellent quality/price ratio.
The author of these results is, in first person, one of the members of the Quaquarini family: Umberto, the enologist.
Through careful planning of research programs, which include all aspects of production, Umberto, inspired by the work of his father Francesco, has enhanced the cultivation of native grape varieties, combining tradition and innovation.
Particular attention is paid to the reduction of sulfites and the non-use of herbicides. The Quaquarini family's commitment to the land, the environment and their work has allowed them to obtain Organic Farming Certification from the Bios certifying body.
From the delicate phase of the cultivation of the vine and the harvesting of the grapes to the bottling of the wine, the care and meticulous control of every step of the production process guarantees the final consumer a range of excellent and successful wines.
