The first to control the supply chain starting from the plantations located in South America and Central America and to have its own plantation which allowed it to recover the biodiversity of Criollo cocoa. Domori was born from the creative mind and passion for nature, gastronomy and cacao of Gianluca Franzoni who, in 1993, after studying economics, landed in Venezuela and, fascinated by the magic of cacao, decided to build a model for the repositioning of fine cacao. For three years he lived in the field experimenting with varieties and post-harvesting in order to preserve biodiversity and prevent the extinction of extra-fine cacao, Criollo. Since then, Gianluca Franzoni has been personally selecting raw materials and constantly innovating the company's products.
