Carlo and Gabriele Lolli are the owners of Bel Sito Restaurant, an activity born in 1988 in Serrone, a village in the province of Frosinone at about 700 meters of altitude.
Besides being the owner, Gabriele is also the chef and pastry chef of the restaurant. Passionate about pastry and believing in the "school" of Lievito Madre, he attended courses held by panettone master Rolando Morandin.
From Master Morandin he learns not only the art of the typical Milanese cake, but also the process of candying fruit, and since Christmas 2016 he starts the production of Panettone Classico, Panettone Caffè e Cioccolato (Caffè Campetelli and Cioccolato fondende Caffarel), Panettone al Vermentino (Vendemmia tardiva Gotto d'Oro) and Pandoro "tutto burro".
