That of Isanti Corchiano is a work challenge that began in 2002, that is, from the moment when the two brothers Emanuele and Simonetta took over the historic family bakery born in 1961, where they worked as employees.
In 2012 they decided with their respective spouses, that it was time to invest in the training and image of their new store.
They expanded their production to include fresh pastries and artisan chocolate.
The foundations of their philosophy have always been frantic research, development of new gastronomic formats, maniacal attention to every production process... All of this is accompanied by elegance and style that can be found starting from their logo, the Farnese lily, symbol of Corchiano, their town of origin in the Tuscia Viterbese region where they continue to invest, passing through the atmosphere that can be felt in their store, as well as in the production that stands out in every variation.
Isanti Corchiano uses preferably local raw materials, of which the tonda dolce gentile Roman hazelnut is the absolute protagonist.
