The story of Pasticceria Quagliotti begins with Cristiano who, at the age of 14, falls in love with cooking and, after his first experiences in Italy and abroad, understands that his path is through pastry. In 1991 this love turns into marriage with the opening, together with his wife Maria Pia, of their own business. In his laboratory come to life, now for more than twenty years, his sweets to admire first and then to enjoy: all products are prepared by hand with careful selection of raw materials used and following the ancient tradition of Italian pastry. The flagship of the pastry shop are two products linked to the history of the place: the Torta del Pellegrino, offered to travelers on their way to Rome to refresh them, and the Schiacciata della Cisa, a naturally leavened cake with candied fruit and almond and hazelnut crust.
