The story of Vincenzo Bellavia and his descendants, now in their fourth generation, travels the roads of the south bringing with it unmistakable colors, flavors and fragrances. It starts from Palermo in 1925, the city of origin of Grandpa Antonio, and arrives in Naples, a land that has welcomed this family and adapted it with love. It is here that the latest generations have grown up, in life and work, carrying on a project based on passion, competence and creativity. After the son Vincenzo, the art is handed down today with the three grandchildren Lucio, Germano and Ursula, to continue with the young Antonio. Ranging between the typicality of the two lands, in the Sicilian-Neapolitan tradition, a wide range of sweet offerings is proposed: sfogliate, pastiere, cannoli, baba, cassate and many other tasty goodness perfected in years of activity, as well as the savory offerings with taralli, rice arancini, pasta timballi, pizzette and other delicious gastronomic tastes. The ice cream, prepared with top quality ingredients selected with maniacal care, do not contain preservatives, hydrogenated fats or chemical additives. Moreover, in most of the flavors are not used ingredients derived from wheat. Next to this production during the various periods of the year are proposed the "classics of the season": panettone, colombe, Easter eggs and many other delicacies to be discovered.
