Aromacademy - Academy of Pastry and Artistic Sugar - was born in 2015 from an idea of its founder, Master Davide Malizia. It is the first professional pastry school that was born in Rome, a few steps from Cinecittà, the heart of the eternal city, in a lively and decidedly dynamic context. In just a few years, the academy has attracted the attention of all those who intend to learn or perfect the pastry chef's trade and embark on a career for which no specific training previously existed.

This is the motto of Aromacademy, a phrase that fully expresses the desire of Maestro Davide Malizia and the entire Academy to encourage young people and adults to pursue their dreams and passions by training them and introducing them to the world of pastry making. In order to guarantee a high standard to the students, the academy's laboratories are all limited in number, each with its own individual workstation equipped with technologically advanced equipment and latest generation machinery.
