Guerrino Pasticceria & Banqueting

Pasticceria Guerrino started its activity just before the 1950s: in 1947, Guerrino Urbani opened in Corso Matteotti a store selling sweets made with the mastery of those who have a real passion for eggs and flour. The founder Guerrino Urbani handed down his art and secrets to his son Urbano, who consolidated the business, enriched it with new traditions and then handed over the reins to his son Andrea.
 
Today, Pasticceria Guerrino continues the tradition in the premises located on the main street of the historic city center and, since 1988, in the newly opened premises in a modern shopping center in the immediate outskirts of Fano. In 1990 Andrea inaugurated an avant-garde structure for Banqueting services, and so the brand became Guerrino Pastry and Banqueting. It is dedicated to the organization of wedding receptions, business lunches and any other type of event related to the world of gastronomy and catering. 
 
Andrea has collected with great enthusiasm and responsibility the pastry skills handed down from his grandfather and father. Today, the company counts on his devotion to this profession and on the professionalism achieved by joining the Accademia Maestri Pasticceri Italiani (Academy of Italian Master Confectioners) in 1995. Andrea scrupulously takes care of the choice of raw materials, creates technical bases of incomparable quality and loves to perfect himself in the use of natural yeast, an ingredient he uses not only for the cakes of recurrences, but also for the morning pastries. Three generations of pastry chefs have strengthened the name of Guerrino Pastry & Banqueting, so much so that it has become one of the most prestigious in the province.
 
The synthesis of professionalism expressed by Guerrino Pastry & Banqueting, is easily found in products such as traditional panettone or Easter dove. Ingredients, leavening and icing respect the natural mastery that accompanies each stage of processing.
