We have been running our pastry shop with passion since 1981.
In the laboratory there is father Fausto, born in 1951 and from Colognano, and our story began with him. Mom Patrizia has always helped Dad, and our children Francesco, Gabriella, Elisabetta and Linda have grown up with the scent of Finissimo Mandorlato.
Dad Fausto started in a tiny laboratory in Via Predicale in Cologna Veneta, thanks to the advice of Francesco Rana. We (although not the whole family, little Linda was still missing) lived right above the workshop and learning the trade came naturally to us.
Today, even though everything is bigger - including the love that binds us as a family - our pastries still have the flavors of the past: genuine and always fresh because we want every bite to be a celebration.
Our traditional panettone has won, for four years in a row, the award for best traditional Italian panettone and we are proud of it, because it is a cake made with the heart. Our Finissimo Mandorlato, on the other hand, is a delight that has won everyone's approval, from the children who queue up at the fairs to taste it still warm, to the greatest star chefs.
