Pasticceria Sartori was founded in 1958, when Francesco Sartori and his wife Carolina Rigamonti opened an ice cream shop in Erba that was destined to become one of the tastiest addresses in town. Today the business has expanded to the production of sweet and savory gastronomic creations that satisfy the palate of both the general public and the most demanding gourmets. At the helm there are his daughters, Anna and Roberta, who together with Giuseppe Colombo lead the family business with passion and search for excellence in quality. From their father Francesco, the two sisters learned the secrets of the trade, but above all the work ethic based on artisan tradition and the careful selection of raw materials, strictly natural and fresh. Special attention, in addition to taste, is reserved for the nutritional properties of the ingredients, for tasty creations that are both healthy and genuine.

 

Anna Sartori is responsible for both the laboratory and the research and development department of Pasticceria Sartori, in Erba. Graduated in Agricultural Sciences in Milan, she continued her studies at Istituto Étoile in Chioggia and CAST Alimenti in Brescia. She also graduated in Naturopathy with a specialization in flower therapy.

On the basis of her studies she created the FEIS® method which, starting from a morphological analysis of the person, guides him through a path in several stages.
